When you arrive, text 803.716.9636. Text your dog’s name. You will receive an auto-response back with a link to fill out our check-in form. Click on the link to fill out the form. Once we receive your form, we will come out to get your dog. Our staff will utilize our leashes.

 

Daycare and lodging dogs may keep their collars on, but you can remove your collars from dogs here just for grooming.

 

At this time, we request that you keep any personal bedding items or food bowls for your dog at home. We provide Kuranda beds for all the dogs in our facility. All food and snack items need to be in a resealable container (Ziplock or Rubbermaid-type container). We can not have any food containers that can not be resealed after each use. There is a refrigerator, freezer and microwave on-site to accommodate all feeding instructions.

 

PICK UP

Text 803.716.9636 with the name of the dog you are picking up. Cash payment is preferred at this time to avoid credit card fees (keeps as many staff employed as possible). We do take Visa and MasterCard payment on-site or via phone.
